Terms and Conditions for Admission in Online Classes (For CFAP – Winter 2026 Attempt)

Dear student,

Your registration, as an online student of Crescent College of Accountancy, is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Fresh recorded lectures will be available. Three lectures will be uploaded each week.

On average, four lectures will be provided in a week for each subject (Except Holidays).

Full Fee paid is refundable without any deduction, within 07 days of commencement of online classes. No fee will be refundable after expiry of 07 days after that within 3 days of enrollment. It is irrelevant whether or not student has watched any lecture.

4. Our video lectures are encrypted and can be watched only on SINGLE device i.e., either computer/laptop (Windows) or mobile (Android). Please note that:

a. You will have to install X-vast Player on your device to play lectures. b. For best experience of online education, we recommend you to use Computer/Laptop instead of mobile phones. c. Apple devices (Mac or IOS/I-Phone) are not fully supported with our online system. d. Change of device is not allowed. e. Internet connection is necessary to start or play the downloaded lectures.

In addition to video lectures, you will also be provided with other resources (e.g., tests, solutions). However, soft copy of books will not be provided. (These other resources may also be encrypted like video lectures).

Before commencement of classes, you will be provided video tutorials links by email regarding how to play lectures. You are advised to watch these before course commencement.

You will be provided access to LMS (including lectures and other educations resources) till the examination date of relevant paper.

You will not copy or record our video lectures using any software or other technology. Further, you will not transfer the material to anyone, or display publicly. any of the contents of course (neither for commercial purpose, nor for any other purpose). For identification purpose, user log-in details will appear on every lecture as watermark. In case of breach of any of above conditions, login of user will be blocked and legal action may be initiated against the user. Case may also be referred to ICAP for strict disciplinary action in this regard.

Technical and other support services will be provided from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Please note that you should confirm your total fee package, including any adjustments or discounts, at the time of admission. After that, no adjustments will be made under any circumstances. If you have any evidence, please attach in this form at last below the bank account details otherwise the fee calculated in this form will be considered final fee.

Any misconduct, including inappropriate language, harassment, or disruptive behavior toward the online team or staff, will result in strict disciplinary action, including immediate and permanent suspension from the college.

11. The fee will be paid in two consecutive instalments:

The first instalment, amounting to 60% of the total fee, must be paid at the time of admission; otherwise, the admission process will not be completed.

The second installment, comprising the remaining 40% of the fee, must be paid one month after the commencement of classes. For all students, this means the second installment is due on 1st August 2026.

Late Admission Fee Policy Students admitted after the regular admission period must pay their fee based on the following schedule:

Admission before 1st August 2026: Must pay 60% of the total fee at the time of admission.

Admission on or after 1st August 2026: Must pay 100% of the total fee at the time of admission.

12. Portal Access Extension after 6 Months:

For each additional month beyond 6 months, an extension fee of Rs. 2,000 per month will be charged.

Please note that we are not offering complete package of CFAP right now. Only courses listed below are being offered.
For each additional month beyond 6 months, an extension fee of Rs. 2,000 per month will be charged.

CFAP-05-Tax Practice and Planning (TAX) Commencing From Tuesday, 7th July 2026.

CFAP-06-Audit, Assurance and Related Services (AUDIT) Commencing From Tuesday, 1st July 2026.

Important Note:

Please do not pay fee more than the amount calculated above. First deposit the fee using any method such as: Online Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Internet Banking, or any Banking App into the official college account mentioned below. After depositing the fee, attach the transaction/deposit evidence as a picture while submitting the form.

Fee deposited into any account other than the official account below will not be considered, and the college will not be responsible for any financial loss. Please do not submit the form more than once for the same subject.
