Terms and Conditions for Admission in Online Classes (For CAF – Autumn 2026 Attempt)

Dear student,

Your registration, as an online student of Crescent College of Accountancy, is subject to the following terms and conditions:

You will be provided lectures recorded in classroom environment to give you a real class experience. These are not screen recorded or live streaming lectures. Even if you are getting admission in mid of the session, you will be provided access to all lectures and tests from day 1.

On average, Sir Adnan Rauf will conduct 6 classes a week. Sir Muhammad Asif will conduct classes 5 days a week before result, and 6 days a week after result. and Sir Umair Utra will conduct classes 6 days a week.

Rendering, compression, encryption and uploading of lecture takes time. Therefore, lecture recorded in physical class will be made available after 24 hours (though we will do our best to provide it the same day). Further, sometimes there may be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

You will have two options both at the same time to watch lectures i.e. (a) Via online streaming. This requires good internet connection (preferable 8 mb or higher for smooth streaming). (b) Via downloading lectures. Due to frequently county-wide internet interruptions, we recommend downloading the lectures first for a smoother viewing experience.

5. Our video lectures are encrypted and can be watched only on SINGLE device i.e., either computer/laptop (Windows) or mobile (Android). Please note that:

a. You will have to install X-vast latest version on your device to play lectures.

b. For best experience of online education, we recommend you to use Computer/Laptop instead of mobile phones.

c. Apple devices (Mac or IOS/I-Phone) and Android Tabs are not fully supported with our online system (although most Apple Devices are Compatible).

d. Change of device is not allowed. Upgradation or Reinstallation of OS of Computer/Mobile is also not recommended to avoid bind error.

e. Internet connection is necessary to start or play the downloaded lectures as well.

In addition to video lectures, you will also be provided with other resources (e.g., tests, solutions). However, soft copy of books will not be provided. (These other resources may also be encrypted like video lectures).

We want to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with our online system, you can get a full refund within 3 days of enrolment in the course, NO DEDUCTIONS. Please note, refunds/adjustments are NOT available after 3 days, regardless of whether you have watched any lecture or not.

Your queries will be addressed as follows: Subject-related queries: Zoom meetings will be conducted on a weekly basis by Sir Adnan Rauf, Sir Muhammad Asif and Sir Umair Utra. Other teachers will share their schedules in the respective WhatsApp groups. Administrative queries: These will be managed by the support staff through designated WhatsApp groups.

Before commencement of classes, you will be provided video tutorials links by WhatsApp or on LMS course page regarding how to play lectures. You are advised to watch these before course commencement.

You will be provided access to LMS (including lectures and other educational resources) till the examination date of relevant paper. You will be unable to watch lecture after exam of relevant subject in current session.

You will not copy or record our video lectures using any software or other technology. Further, you will not transfer the material to anyone, or display publically any of the contents of course (neither for commercial purpose, nor for any other purpose). For identification purpose, user log-in details will appear on every lecture as watermark. In case of breach of any of above conditions, login of user will be blocked and legal action may be initiated against the user. Case may also be referred to ICAP for strict disciplinary action in this regard.

Online students can attempt tests from home (and upload via LMS), or may also attempt physically by coming into college (after 1:00 pm). Standard time to check the test is 07 to 10 days from date of submission. Teacher will provide suggested solution. Tests will be marked by Teacher Assistant or Independent Marker. No test will be marked if submitted after July 15, 2026.

Technical and other support services will be provided from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Queries submitted by students after 5:00 pm will be responded next day.

After due verification of information provided by you, our representative will confirm your admission and will contact you within 48 hours (excluding public holidays). You are requested to wait till that.

15. Fee for online classes will be paid in two installments as follow. (for Pre-Result Admission)

First instalment ( 1/3 of total fee) at time of admission. Note: This represent fee for pre-result session only. Therefore no portion of this fee will be refundable/adjustable after result.

Second instalment ( 2/3 of total fee is payable) within 3 days of announcement of result by ICAP. Registration will be cancelled if 2nd instalment is not paid within prescribed time.

Full fee will be paid for Post-Result-Admission.

16.

Expected date of commencement of online classes is 12th March, 2026. Exact Schedule will be shared in class whatsapp groups on 11th March, 2026.
