Terms and Conditions for Admission in Online Classes of AFD / ACCA (September 2026)

Dear student,

Please note that the terms and conditions for physical classes will be communicated by the Admissions Office when you visit the campus in person for admission.

Your registration, as an online student of Crescent College of Accountancy, is subject to the following terms and conditions:

You will be provided lectures recorded in classroom environment to give you a real class experience. These are not screen recorded or live lectures. Even if you are getting admission in mid of the session, you will be provided access to all lectures and tests from day 1.

On average, one lecture will be provided on daily basis for each subject (except holidays).

Editing and mixing of lecture takes time. Therefore, lecture recorded on Monday are expected to be available on Tuesday (i.e., after 1 days of recording). However, sometimes there may be a delay due to unavoidable circumstances.

4. You will have two options to watch lectures i.e. (one at a time)

a. Via online streaming. This requires good internet connection (preferable 10-MB or higher for smooth streaming).

b. Via downloading lectures.

5. Our video lectures are encrypted and can be watched only on SINGLE device i.e., either computer/laptop (with Windows OS) or mobile (Android OS). Please note that:

a. You will have to install X-vast latest version Player on your device to play lectures.

b. For best experience of online education, we recommend you to use Computer/Laptop instead of mobile phones.

c. Apple devices (Mac or IOS/I-Phone) are not supported with our online system.

d. Change of device is not allowed. So after watching 1st lecture keep using your current device.

In addition to video lectures, you will also be provided with other resources (e.g., tests, solutions). However, soft copy of official books will not be provided.

Full Fee paid is refundable without any deduction, within 03 days of enrollment in online classes. No fee will be refundable after expiry of 03 days.

Subject related queries will be addressed by relevant teacher through Zoom Meeting or Whatsapp Groups.

Before commencement of classes, you will be provided video tutorials on LMS regarding how to play lectures. You are advised to watch these before class commencement.

You will be provided access to LMS (including lectures and other educations resources) till the examination date of relevant paper. You will be unable to watch lecture after exam of relevant subject in current session

You will not copy or record our video lectures using any software or other technology. Further, you will not transfer the material to anyone, or display publicly any of the contents of course (neither for commercial purpose, nor for any other purpose). For identification purpose, user log-in details will appear on every lecture as watermark. In case of breach of any of above conditions, login of user will be blocked and legal action may be initiated against the user. Case may also be referred to ACCA and cyber crime for strict disciplinary action in this regard.

Technical and other support services will be provided from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

13. Fee for online classes

Fee is payable in lump sum.

Please do not pay fee more than the amount calculated above. First deposit the fee using any method such as: Online Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Internet Banking, or any Banking App into the official college account mentioned below. After depositing the fee, attach the transaction/deposit evidence as a picture while submitting the form.

Fee deposited into any account other than the official account below will not be considered, and the college will not be responsible for any financial loss. Please do not submit the form more than once for the same subject.
