Admission in Physical Classes (CAF – Spring 2027 Attempt)

Dear Student,

Welcome to Crescent College of Accountancy. Your admission and registration as a Physical Student are subject to your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Students must submit online admission forms for physical/hybrid classes within 24 hours of fee submission. Admission will be cancelled if the form is not submitted within this timeframe.

No student will be allowed on college premises without a student identity card, which will be issued at the commencement of classes.

Students must always carry their Crescent student card, which must be presented upon request. No other evidence or documents will be acceptable as a replacement for the student card.

(Discount/refund/transfer to online classes) will be processed through an online form.

Discounts will be adjusted at the time of payment of the 2nd installment if the student fulfills eligibility criteria. The complete amount of pre-enrollment must be paid.

If the student wants to continue classes after the result, they must confirm their admission within 3 days of the result. Otherwise, their seat will be automatically canceled.

The fee is refundable within 7 days of the commencement of classes. If the student takes admission after the commencement of classes, the fee is refundable within 3 days.

No fee freeze, transfer, or adjustable policy.

Disciplinary action will be taken against any student using a false name or identity.

The transfer fee from physical to online admission is Rs. 2,000 before the result and Rs. 4,000 before 1st December 2026. After 1st December 2026, students can apply for online admission with the full online fee. Once transferred, students will not be allowed to attend physical classes.

In case of any change, loss, or drop of paper, students will be charged Rs. 100 for the reissuance of the student card.

12.

Pre-Enrollment fee 2000 per paper is non refundable.

13.

Female students are required to wear either Shalwar Qameez or Abaya as their primary attire and are encouraged to cover their heads with a scarf.

14.

Boys should wear clean, decent clothing and avoid casual slippers.

15.

Physical students may attend pending lectures only in the Computer Lab, with a maximum of three lectures per subject allowed in one attempt.

The College will not be responsible for any financial loss resulting from payments made through unauthorized channels.
