📋 Discount Terms & Conditions
1. Discount Eligibility & Approval: Submission of this form does not guarantee a discount. All discount applications are subject to verification and the eligibility criteria, policies, and approval of Crescent College of Accountancy.
2. Supporting Documents: Applicants must provide complete, accurate, and valid information along with all required supporting documents. The College may request additional documents or information for verification where required.
3. False or Tampered Documents: Any applicant found submitting false, misleading, altered, or tampered documents or information, either before or after verification, may have the discount application rejected/cancelled and may also be subject to disciplinary action as per College policy.
4. Admission Fee / First Instalment: Where an admission fee or first instalment is applicable, the applicant must pay the required amount in full according to the applicable admission and fee schedule. Submission or approval of a discount application does not waive the required initial payment unless specifically approved by the College.
5. Discount Adjustment: After successful verification and approval, the discount will be adjusted against the applicant's applicable outstanding/remaining fee or instalment according to the fee structure and discount policy of the selected program, session, and study mode.
6. Payment of Remaining Fee: After adjustment of the approved discount, the student must pay the remaining payable balance in full within the prescribed due date. Failure to pay within the specified time may result in cancellation of the discount, admission/registration, or suspension of services, as applicable.
7. Refund & Transfer: An approved discount is a fee concession and is not redeemable as cash. Any refund, adjustment, transfer, or carry-forward of a discount will be governed strictly by the applicable College fee and discount policy.
8. Discount Is Not Admission Confirmation: Submission or approval of a discount application does not itself confirm admission, seat reservation, class registration, or LMS access. Admission will be confirmed only after completion of the applicable admission requirements, document verification, and required fee payment.
9. Program / Session Conditions: Fee structures, instalments, discount adjustment procedures, deadlines, and admission requirements may vary according to the selected CA or ACCA program, level, subject, session, and study mode (Physical/Online). The applicable admission terms and fee schedule will remain binding on the student.
10. Final Verification & Decision: Crescent College of Accountancy reserves the right to verify submitted information and determine discount eligibility in accordance with its approved policies. The College's decision regarding the approval, amount, adjustment, or cancellation of a discount will be subject to the applicable institutional policy.
